L7 D2 - 10.15

Tired and rubbish this day.

L7D3 - 07.38

Still tired. Had a bad night with our son. Workout done fasted first thing.

A long way to go toward beating this level, but good to be at that volume now. Getting weights vest soon!

Well I'm back. Tried logging elsewhere but it's not a good fit.

Whats happened since I last posted?

I've concluded that the 5 minute goal for Day 3 is almost impossible at later levels. 10 minutes may be feasible so I have amended my goals to suit.

I have bumped myself to level 8 now. I own a weights vest but I'm going to hold off for a while and give bodyweight alone a go. Plus we are expecting our baby twins on Thursday. So watch this space!

I continue to be inspired by Wendler, Arvanitakis, and Paul Sklar. Mainly the beast that is Wendler. Oh and of course Cheapo.

Curls and pushups extra, superset.

Form felt sloppy. Poor sleep last night. Twins incoming this week.

So the twins have arrived and man is it intense! Nothing can prepare you for it. Almost constant nappy changes and milk feeding.

Managed to get a workout in though after a week off or so. Gave myself a break and this time utilised 3 minute rests inbetween rounds, as recommended really. I also completed this workout using a doorway chinup bar instead of scaffolding as per usual.

Couldnt manage a 5th round. Pretty tired with the sleepless newborn nights... surprised at first round times. May have miscounted.
