30 seconds slower than last time. Mummy and kid ill in the house, plus babies = even poorer sleep.
I'd like to think next year I will definitely crack the level 8 workout, once more recovery is added into the mix. At the moment its just about surviving!

Since having the twins Ive put on like 5kg bodyweight. This is down to tiredness and inactivity, and overeating. This fucking sucks.
Today is the bedt Ive felt in a little while.
Need to get focussed again. Perhaps diet deserves my attention.

I've just caught up with this and seen youve given up on the new site. I would say nothing wrong with these forums just need to perhaps require the first few posts by a new member are authenticated before allowing them to post freely? Could keep spam down? I don't know enough about 'scripts' or how it would work etc.

I am still training. I've been doing lots of burpee only stuff lately and while my conditioning may have increased, I would say my strength has declined slightly. Time to get back to SF!
