Pretty close but not there yet. Not bad for a few weeks off though. Upper body definitely me weak point on this.
Experimented with weighted rucksack day 1 workout after this, just to get a feel for it. I think buying an actual vest might be a better method though.

Ok my form might have lost quality a fair bit but everything was a full rep, just a bit shaky or kipping! I think the key was smashing out as many reos as possible in the first sets of pullups and pushups.
Onto level 7. Ready to be humbled.
