I’m a returning SimpleFitter…looking at my old logs (under the “Brmc72’s log” thread), it looks like it’s been 8 years since my last post. Looks like I was struggling through level 7 when I was last here. Now, I haven’t been completely sedentary during that time, but regular exercise hasn’t really been something I’ve focused on. I turned 50 this year, and I’m realizing that exercise isn’t something I need to do simply in order to get stronger, but is something I need to do to prevent active deterioration

Anyhow, I’m back and I’m going to try to get back in the habit of regular training. It seems like there’s not much activity on the SF boards these days, but hopefully there are a few members out there that are actively posting!
So, here’s day 1, level 1 (I have no idea where I’ll ultimately end up, so I figured I’d start back at the beginning): 33 rounds
