Yeah I tried them for the first time yesterday. I had avoided them, having not really been inspired to stand vertically and pull myself towards something that is ideally stationary as I wasn't convinced that they would contribute to world peace or to the attainment of my holy-grail pull-up. But then... after the body rows challenge discussion, I realized (DING!) that you actually do them on an angle. Speaking of which I should get my saturday slept-in ass outta bed and do some cardio so I'm nice and warm to drop my gloves and take this 5 minute body row challenge. Watch out, it's on. Oh, it's on. [You probably don't really need to worry about that watching out thing. My threat index is minimal].

Very good.
I am thinking about swimming some laps tonight - depends on how I feel. I am brewing more coffee as I type at 10 to 3. I have a class to teach at 3:30 (my normal nap time) and I have to be on Caffeine to make it. At any rate - If I swim, it'll be the first time since I started this program. I am kinda curious as to how it will go.
Peace -
Should I change to MathProf?
I like volleyball_man if only for the name-tag at the convention thing...
I will start signing as - drum-roll
Brad.

So...
Today I was bored while reviewing fungal pneumonias (for those of you who don't know and are interested, I'm currently preparing for my Naturopathic Physician liscencing exams which start in 18 DAYS AND GO FOR 5 DAYS!!!!
Breath, All is well, all is well... gulp.
HOLD ME! Ah, right, surprise surprise another classique Tonia digression,) so I decided to do a L1D1 for fun. Questionmark.
Woah.
So... I suppose that makes it W4L1D1: 39 rounds.
Woah.
Mixed it up a bit, some wide arm push ups, some elbows in, some on free weights, some body rows, some shower frame love, all squats weighted. Did I mention 39 rounds. Toot toot. Oh? Was that my own horn? I was impressed with myself today!
Then I went to yoga class with my mom.
Then I made a delicious stirfry, and I kinda wish I was me 30 minutes ago still eating said delicous stirfry. Man!!! I need that time machine!
Now I suppose I wil go back to fungal pneumonias.
Hummph.
