Your first try on L2:D1 is beating my 6th try, so if that is any indication, you should be very happy with your results!
I've done some 1-legged push-ups before (other in the air), and didn't really notice a difference or benefit. *Shrug*
I guess there is something to be said for being 5'2" and that is to say that they are 5'2". Any further conclusions, whether they be about push-ups, pull-ups, or toe-touching, would be based entirely on heresay and invention, and could not be drawn with the slightest integrity nor with any scientific validity.
On that note, I would like to point out, however, that I myself, in all my wonderful 5'2" glory do appear to be pretty damn good at push-ups. It's empirical. I'm ok with that.

I'm somewhere around 192 cm which I believe is a lot more than 5,2whatsits (no, I don't do imperial) and I've always more or less sucked at pushups, so there it is, right there on the table.
I think we're discussing my delirium and my complete lack of sanity, due to the fact that I've been cooped up all summer studying, and I'm 11 sleeps from engaging in the most critical 5 days of my career, and there is so much left to do, and so little time with which to do it. MOMMY! Quite frankly, I think I'm going a little loopy. Or, I suppose some would argue that I'm going a bit loopier. Either way there are loops involved, and more of them than before.

squats were weighted, and double in number
push-ups were one legged
poser-ups were body rows, and negatives with towel over the door which I haven't done since W1:L1:D1. I stopped because I bruised the inside of my knees as I was holding on for dear life with my inner thighs. That wasn't a prob tody.
Sooooo... for the first three rounds I did ONE PULL-UP and 6 poser-up subs, and then for the last two rounds I did 3:1 poser-ups. Today while squatting I took the time to do a weighted upward row (? - maybe? Yea, you can tell I've spent lots of time in a gym. Hehemm) which gave my legs abit more of a work out.
