
been doing the workout for about two week now and figured it might be time to post my progress..
I have found a spot in a forest nearby to do the workout. Uses a rope with a noose in each end and flip it over at branch to do the pullups.
I am male, 195 and 93 kg

L1d2: 10 min(no rest between rounds)

ran out: 9.00 min
L1d1: 22 rounds ( did 4 strict pullups; rest jumping or using the tree for support, did not multiply by 3)
ran/walked back: 12.30 min
16-8-07
ran out: 9.00 min
L1d2: 9.15 min ( no rest between rounds; no multiplying pullups)
ran/walked back : 11.45 min

ran out: 8.30 ( was flying)
L1d3: 11.20 ( did 4 strict pullups; rest was subs (x3)
ran/walked back 11.30

ran out: 9.05
L2d1: 19 rounds ( 12 strict pullups; rest subs (x3))
ran/walked back: 11.05

ran out: 9.30 (NOT flying)
L2d2: 7.10 ( took 2 min rest between rounds; the start was hard but finsihed with a sprint )
ran/walked back: 10.30 ( 1 min run; 1 min walk)( was flying back)

L2d3: 14.42 ( 10 strict pullups; rest subs)

went to a martial arts seminar over the weekend
feeling very sore in my legs and torso

L4d1: did 8 rounds in 12 min; no energy and sore legs( did w4d1 by mistake; was supposed do do w3d1)
walked back: forgot to time it; but very tired
