L8D2: 50 min ( a tough one but not unduable.. tried to stay a couple of reps under failure all the time and it worked out ok. Pullups were all reps of 2 or 1; pushups started with reps of 10 and 5 and ended with reps og 3 and 2 on the last two rounds; squat started with reps of 15 and 10 and finished with reps of 5 on the last 2 rounds.)
So all in all.. I am worn out but not beat or broken.. So good workout!

Did L8D3: 43.52 min (pullups were ok but really felt them from rep 40 to 50; pushups were reps of 10 and 5 the first 50 and 5, 3 and 2 the last 50; Squat were all done in reps of 10. As a sidenote I think it is the first time my day 3 has been faster than day 2, but still 13,52 min. over the 30 min mark)
That's awesome. I remember when I wouldn't have been able to do 5 pull-ups in a single day, let alone 50 in one workout.
A few weeks ago for Crossfit the workouts was 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats. I broke them up into 10 rounds of 10, 20, 30. I forget how long it took 30 minutes? Anyway, less than a year ago, such a workout would have been laughable, really, if you asked me to do 100 pull-ups there would be no way I could do it in a single day. But going through the Simplefit program really made the difference.
Time: 40.55 min ( started pullups with reps of 3 and 2 but mostly reps of 1; pushups were reps of 10,5,3 and 2; squat were all reps of 10. I felt a lot better this time compared to last. But the last round were still pretty hard) So all in all the time was reduced with over 9 min
Around 25 km.. average speed 26 km. Had to struggle with head and side winds pretty much the hole trip and less to no tailwind.. go figure
My cycling computer wouldn't show the distance but showed the speed without any problems
Hadn't biked for ages but felt really good on the bike (well maybe not ages but it feels like ages ) so I really fell the benefit of the simplefit routine.. I felt like I had already been riding for a couple of month
