Did 2 rounds of L3D2. Had a stomachache so did'nt finish

Tried L3D2 again today:

Time: 5.17 min ( pullups felt a little hard. Pullups 3,3,3,3,2-1; Pushups 10,10,10,10,10; Squat 16,16,16,16,16)

Just finished my last exam for the summer.. well have to defend my project.. But still Woohoo!! 8)

Workout:

Warmup: 1000 m row (damper 4), Then:
Did five rounds of the Dumbbell Bear with at 3 min break between rounds.

All rounds with: 2 x 18 kg

Time: 4.40 min :D ( gonna try 2 x 20 kg next)

Evening Workout:

Did L3D3: 6.05 min ( felt a litte tired; probably due to Dumbbell Bear)

Time: 13.50 min (On gravelroad in sandals; trying to run the pose)

Today: a light 1000 m row followed by a few pushups and shoulder rotations ( was reroofing a barn last weekend; which cost me an overworked shoulder and a severe sunburn :? )

Thinking starting up with the stronglift 5x5 as well as simplefit workout. Might give it a go on monday.
