Needless to say, there are many who would be very happy to look that "heavy".

I continue to be awed by your big starting sets on the D3 pull-ups and push-ups.

That's a terrific link on chin-up/pull-up technique. I always go chest to bar, but I'll have to think more about these rounding the back and shoulder position issues. Thanks for posting that.

Great stuff! It would be interesting to know how much difference full ROM pull-ups would make.

Hi! Just entered the forum and I will try level 1 today. Great body! Very anxious to get started!

Wow. Just gutting out anything at level 8 is phenomenal! Inspirational, as always.
