Great progress! Have you seen significant improvements in your max sets when you take off the vest now?

Matt, where did you go to? - You're my main inspiration dude!
Is your log continued someplace else or have you vanished for awhile?

I've just returned back to simplefit to try and conquer LvL 8 with good form.

Questions:
From following your blog, up until mid-point you started using kipping to get the numbers in for pullups, but you seemed to then switch back to performing them dead-hang perfect form. Basically would you recommend working towards perfect form now rather than kipping? (Just want to learn from your findings/mistakes)

Also, I've always performed chinups rather than pullups previously... and originally that was my intention with simplefit.
Do you ever switch up grips now, or are you purely smashing out pullups on all Day1/2/3?

Thanks
Dan

PS. Hope you don't mind, but i've stolen your log format for my own - just seems an awesome why to keep track.

So, so busy!

Sorry it took so long to answer!

Hernia surgery last August took me off the program.
Then work got busy,
Then I had to demount my pull-up bar to renovate my living room. This is still ongoing, because renovations are slow when you have to go in to work at least one day every weekend!

I did manage to play hockey all winter.

I also did SimpleFit on March 25 to celebrate my 5th anniversary of SF (and getting into better shape).

Work has finally eased up a bit. I have restarted the reno., but it will be a while before I can reinstall the pull-up bar.

I am looking at getting in to swimming and yoga.

Hello Cheapo. The new website is looking good. Are the FB Twitter and IG icons at the bottom ever going to be active? A FB group would be great.

Thanks for the feedback! Cheapo is not actively administrating simplefit anymore so I'm stepping in.
No, the social media icons are not active yet. Can I ask you what you think would be good about an FB group, compared to the Simplefit forums?
