All right. I've worked my way from L1, starting October 07 (or something like that), and I got through to L5. Now, I seem to have made L5 my bitch :D

My performance last week:

L5D1: 23 rounds
L5D2: 7:58
L5D3: 5:59

My performance this week:

L5D1: 30 rounds
L5D2: 6:06
L5D3: 4:19 (today)

I added a push-up tabata and a dumbbell military press tabata (if that is the correct term) after that.

In fact, I've added a different tabata after each workout recently, and I like the results, so far. I've also used kipping pull-ups instead of dead-hangs.
I'm curious how L6 will shape up.

I blame the kipping. Also, I was pretty motivated, that should have helped, too.

Did Little Barbara today (that is 10 pullpus, 20 pushups, 30 situps, 40 squats; 5 rounds for time).

It's cool, on the hand, that I did increase my rounds. On the other hand, this means I'll have to go for 30 now...

Sunday wakeup was Little Fran: Thrusters with two 5kg-dumbbells, and pull-ups (21-15-9 reps).

Total time: 4:45

This things looks deceptively easy, and is actually pretty tough.

It's a pity that rings seem to be almost impossible to get over here. I guess I have to make some myself. Oh well.

Aded a dumbbell press tabata after that.

It's hot and humid, so I'm pretty done for right now. Still, without improving pull-up strength, I won't beat the 5-minute-mark.

I think the extra WO I add each sunday increases performance.

More than I expected, given the heat here, and the cake I had to eat at work. I actually had to wipe the sweat off the floor...

As a warmup, I dug six holes in clay (with stones and roots) about 1 meter deep and 40 cm across. Pretty intense.
Good thing my sister doesn't need my help rebuilding her garden more often.

Damn. I had hoped for more (or rather: less). I guess it's either the diet (too sloppy) or the weather (too hot). Or it's just me... /shrugs/
