L6D3 - 04:41
*Dances Victory Dance*
I did the reps in manageable parts: 10-10-6-3-3 for the Pull-Ups, and 32-16-16 for the Push-Ups. That may have made the difference.
L7, here I come...

Whew. Amazing what just a few reps more can do to you. The additional Pull-Up kicks like hell.

I'll bet.
I can't wait to move to L6. I have been at L5 for 2 months.

I found L5 hard to get out of, too. I guess patience, nutrition and rest will do the trick...
EDIT: I was almost three months at L5, and the switch to L6 was pretty surprising (see my first post in this thread).

Whew.
Just whew. I think me and L7 will have a long, pleasant relationship.
I got a few rest days coming up (unrelated to L7, but much earned).

Since I got me a few Rest Days, D3 will have to wait till next Friday. I'm hoping not much more than 08:30, though. Ideally, seven-ish... We'll see.

Now that I think about it - people looking forward to my D3 time may be motivated less by benign interest, and more by sadism...

5x5 Squats
(42,5 - 46,5 - 52,5 - 56,5 - 58,5 kg)
5x5 Presses
(36,5 - 44,5* - 34,5 - 34,5 - 34,5 kg)
*Failure after two reps
5x5 Deadlifts
(56,5 - 58,5 - 62,5 - 66,5 - 72,5 kg)
I think I'll be a bit more conservative with my Presses. Possibly only increase the weight on a per-week basis?

Also started with Boxing today. Pretty intense, but simplefit did a good job preparing me.
