No, not really. I'm keeping a steady 75-76 kg at 180 cm. Food intake is admittedly less optimal than in summer, as I'm not too fond of salad when it's that cold outside. Still, I manage to eat mostly as recommended, and I drink a litre of milk a day.volleyball_man wrote:Are you gaining weight?
