Basically want to get in shape and get some of my athleticism back.
I've been working out fairly regularly since June of 2009, I went from about 220 lbs to 172 lbs between June 2009 and Feb 2010. Following a severe hand injury in June 2010 I had to stop working out and went REALLY lax on my diet. Subsequently, I shot back up to 190 lbs by early Jan 2011.
I am a recent semi-graduate of the P90X program, I started in late January 2011 and ended up doing about 75 days before my schedule got out of whack and I was never able to get back on track. I was happy with the muscle gains from P90X, but I wanted to cut more bodyfat so I decided to try out Insanity (from the makers of P90X). This week, I did Insanity for four days and I'm calling it quits (for now), It's an awesome workout but not what I'm looking for at the moment. I also don't like the time investment required for the P90X or Insanity workouts, I don't generally like spending 1+ hours each morning thrashing myself, at least not for extended periods of time.
I did L1D1 this morning as a trial and ended up doing 31 full rounds with good form, I think I may start next week on L3 considering I'm already in _decent_ shape from P90X. I also think I'm going to throw in some yoga and some cardio on my off days just to add another level to the SimpleFit program.
Other than that, glad to have found SimpleFit (thanks to Reddit's r/fitness subreddit), I think this is going to work out well for me.
Glad to be here!

Re: DuManchu's Progress / Goals
Welcome aboard.
Getting around 30 rounds on Day 1 is usually a good indicator that you will be able to beat Day 3 for that level and move up. Since you're at Level 1 now, I would say you should do Day 3 and see how it goes. If you're just under five minutes, move up to Level 2. If you're a minute under, move up to Level 3. If you're two minutes under, move up to Level 4. If you're three minutes under...etc.
These are just my rules of thumb. Your mileage may vary.

Re: DuManchu's Progress / Goals
Just wanted to post up some progress pics. I know the poses aren't the same, but you can still see a difference.
Feb 2011 - 191 lbs(after about 20 lbs total lost, I don't really have any true "before" pics from when I was 220+)

And taken earlier today

And yes, I am working on my anterior pelvic tilt through a good stretching routine, plus that pic exaggerates it just a bit.
