I just started using this program and like it very much. I'm not new to working out, but I am pretty out of shape and have a hard time with pull ups.

Weight: 176
Height: 5'11
On top of SimpleFit I'll be doing a good deal of running, some climbing (in the near future), and a few other bodyweight exercises.

Today I completed L1D3 in 3 minutes and 13 seconds. The only issue I had with the level was the pull-ups. I had to stop after four and do them individually after that. The last three were particularly tough. I'm not sure if I should progress onto the next level, even though my time is well below five minutes. I'll stick with this level for another week and see where to come from there.
I then ran two miles after dinners at an easy pace. About 15 minutes for the whole thing.
