Found the actual Equation:

% body fat = 86.010 x log10(abdomen II - neck) - 70.041 x log10(height) + 36.76

Have you done a BF calculation recently? I read somewhere those lumps appear when your BF gets down to 10%

I've been living in vanity for about 2 weeks. I have to come down! But not yet. I stop by the mirror and raise my shirt a lot lately! Check my blog to see the before/after of my Christmas family portrait.

I know this is not the only motivation and that long-term it is the most dangerous one. I try to focus on improving performance and generally do.

It has been an awesome year for me. I am already laying out the goals for 2009. I'll post them in the goals thread.

Thanks people! Bri - your old numbers will come back, you are awesome!
Gaz E - be consistent, you'll get there (but then the target will move!!!)

That's amazing and inspiring progress. I will be very happy if I can manage a one arm pull up at the end of a year.

Thanks for the encouragement! When I started last September I was struggling with both pull ups and push ups at level one. I'm still struggling with the pull ups but now I'm at level 4. The progress feels slow and I've had some injuries through pushing too hard but I have made real progress. Patience is a virtue!

You and the rest of the community here help me keep motivated. One day I will be ready for CrossFit!

Father's day. My 6-year-old daughter climbs into bed in the morning to wish me happy father's day. She then puts her hand on my belly and says "all these bumps you have make you look like a strongman daddy!" HAHA!!
