Noticed some early changes.

My 1.5 mile run has improved. Not sure of the actual time cause I messed it up on the machine but I'm fairly sure I've knocked a minute off. So thats good and I haven't been running that much. thats going to put me close to the 13 minute mark.

Well looks like my progress is going a bit better than I thought. I went to measure my waist and my wife pretty much freaked out saying I've lost a lot of weight around my gut. I measured today and looks like I've lost an inch so thats good news heh! :D

Bri,
I am a personal trainer who just found this great site. I read your posts and just want to give you the proverbial pat on the back and encourage you to take it a day at a time. Some days we are stronger than others. Some days training is more fun than others. And some days we would rather walk on broken glass barefoot than train. Those barefoot days are always the most rewarding.

Thanks Mike,

So far so good. Was a lot easier when I didn't have so much responsibility. but I'm getting in a groove now so hopefully I'll stick to it.

Bit of a setback. Been having back spasms for a solid week now. Not sure whats causing that. This last week was my easy week for workouts but when I started to go back to L1D1 got the spasm again. So just went real easy week doing nothing spectacular. very light movements etc. Going to start L4D1 again today. Hopefully all will go well.

Heh,

I am the doc. No worries... Very hot here and most likely nutritional or just a trigger point that kept recurring.

Been working major hours this week so I never got started. Been pretty much work, sleep, work. But I'm going in to start the L4D2 this evening providing I don't get recalled again. *crossing fingers.

heat index is 115 today!!

I have some back issues and ice really seems to help keep things in check.
