Just started simplefit. I like it. A good basic simple workout.
Just completed w/o #3 of week 2. I didn't really keep exact track during week one, I was just "trying the work outs on for size" so to speak. Week 2 however, went like this:
Level 6 day 1:
55 incline sit ups
19 rounds in 20 mins. Almost 20 rounds, but time ran out during push ups.
18 minutes on the stairclimber.
Level 6 day 2:
60 incline sit ups
5 rounds in 14:22
18 minutes stairclimber
Level 6 day 3:
60 incline sit ups
32 pull ups
64 push ups
64 squats........all in 13:05 min
24 min stairclimber.
For week 3, I think I will add an element of explosiveness to the squats.

Day 1 : 66 incline sit ups
16 rounds in 20 min of:
4 pull ups
8 push ups
12 squats
18 min on the stair climber
Day 2 : 65 incline sit ups
5 rounds in 24 minutes:
8 pull ups
24 push ups
40 squats
18 min on stair climber
Day 3 : 70 incline sit ups
40 pull ups
80 push ups
80 squats
18 minutes to complete the above
18 minutes on the stairclimber
This past week I stepped up my level to level 7:
Day 1 : 66 incline sit ups
16 rounds in 20 min of:
4 pull ups
8 push ups
12 squats
18 min on the stair climber
Day 2 : 65 incline sit ups
5 rounds in 24 minutes:
8 pull ups
24 push ups
40 squats
18 min on stair climber
Day 3 : 70 incline sit ups
40 pull ups
80 push ups
80 squats
18 minutes to complete the above
18 minutes on the stairclimber
