Pullups: 6, 3, 1
Pushups: 13, 8
Squats: 21
time:4:00
form: 8.5/10
This is the end of my break week, and back to level 2 for next week. This week was definitely not as easy as I expected it to be, but I guess level 1 and level 2 are not so different, at least on days 1 and 3. At least I still made it in under 5 minutes.... And I am definitely looking forward to some rest on this weekend!

L2D1:
28 rounds
overall form: 8/10
Today was another day where the hardest part was getting up and making myself do this workout -I hadn't gotten much sleep and it was pouring rain outside, making the temptation to not get up that extra half hour early before work seem irresistible- but I made myself do it, and I know I had more energy for the rest of the day because of it!
Since it was pouring out I did my workout under a covered portion of the house, and thus had to do pullups from a ledge that was under the porch, so my form was a little off since I couldn't actually get my head over my hands. It still felt like a good workout, and I did better than I thought I would considering the conditions. These morning workouts definitely make me appreciate the mornings that I'm not working out....

Thanks Ruli!
L2D2: untimed
form: 8.5/10
I found today to be extremely easy all around, although at the end of my last pullup set I discovered that I hadn't been doing them with a completely full range of motion, by not quite extending all the way at the bottom, so I'm gonna concentrate more on that from now on and see how it affects my results.
Looking forward to D3 friday to see if I'm making progress!

L2 D1: 28 rounds
form: 8.5/10
same results as last monday, so neither here nor there. The pullups weren't ever a problem today, but the pushups were sure getting difficult... Also I think at some point I should integrate some intensive interval-type training so that my cardiovascular fitness does not ever hold me back. Not planning on doing that until september when I go back to school howver, since I am currently doing landscaping full time and need all the recovery time I can get.
This workout (L1) is always a jolt after the laziness of my weekend, but I always feel the most accomplished for having done it.

L2D2:
5 sets of
3 pullups, 8 pushups, 13 squats
untimed
form: 9.5/10
Definitely the closest I've yet had to perfect form. The pullups were feeling great, and I definitely had a full ROM. My only concern is that I don't think my back was straight all the time, so I'm gonna focus on that next.
Pushups I went as slow as I could make myself go, and definitely felt worn out by the end, which was my goal. Squats felt like nothing - I'm not sure whether to try them really slow or fast to get the most out of them at this point; I will continue to experiment, but no matter what I think they will be the easiest exercise for me for a while still.

L2D1:
27 sets
I seem to have hit a plateau for my D1 workout.... next week is my scale back week so maybe that will help me get past. If not, I think I need some more cardio to supplement the workouts that I'm doing, since it was mostly a lack of cardiovascular fitness that was holding me back.
Having said that, pushups are quite tough for my on my D1 workouts once I start to approach my 20th set; maybe if I start to make my pushups harder on my untimed D2 workouts then the (hopefully) resulting strength gain will make D1's that much easier. Pullups are still no problem on D1.
