Alrighty, first official week of Simple Fit is finished. I did 3 body rows for every 1 pull-up. And my last 6 push-ups I did standing up on the wall.

Indeed I did not.
In fact, not realizing how different each day's workout was, I didn't think I could do that after how I did on D1.

I can't really image I've always been in the city parts of texas, fort worth/dallas. Not much open space around there.

Just finished second week D1.I completed 8 rounds with good form.Time ran out in the middle of the ninth I finished it too. I was able to go the full 20 minutes this time so I feel really good!

I think level 6 will have to be a part of my 5 year plan, but it sounds like you're doing really well to be doing that day 3 in under 5 minutes. Kudoes to you. I'm loving this. I can already tell i'm stronger than when I started. I'm going to get me something sturdy to stand on soon to practice negative pull-ups. Also workin' toward a full push-up, but I didn't have to finish any reps out on the wall this week so far. Looking forward to thursday.
