Re: Kaos' log
22th week (Jan 2-6)
L6D1
10 rounds
L6D2
(1'25'', 1'25'', 1'21'', 1'27'', 1'21'')=6'19''
L6D3
7'23''
Notes: Day one... well, I have no idea what happend on D1 but I couldn't bring myself to do more reps, I just couldn't. As if that wasn't enough, at the end of D3 I felt dizzy and with nausea; I'm think I'm forcing myself too hard and too quickly on this day.
With that said, I'm going back to square one. Beginning next week, I'm going to restart the program but this time, instead of doing vertical body rows, I'm going for the standard ones (also known as australian push ups). Also, during the past 22 weeks, I didn't do D3's excersice in one sit up: I cut the reps in equal parts and did them like that (as in: I had to do 33 reps, I used 3 sets of 11 and so on); I'm not sure if that is the right or wrong way to do it, but from now on I'm going to try to do them in one straight rep.

23th week (Jan 9-13)
L1D1
22 rounds
L2D2
(0'30'', 0'28'', 0'27'', 0'30'', 0'27'')=1'42''
L3D3
2'06''
Notes: I restarted the program but going to keep the week count. All good, easy stuff, my body rows weren't at a good height but still made it through.

Re: Kaos' log
24th week (Jan 16-20)
L1D1
20 rounds
L1D2
(0'31'', 0'28'', 0'28'', 0'27'', 0'28'')=1'12''
L1D3
2'41''
Notes: I did L1 again because, this time, I put the body row bar at a correct height (that is, higher than last week), it's a little bit harder but it's definitely worth it. L2 next week!

Re: Kaos' log
Looks like steady progress.
Note, The "rules" are that you can break up the D3 reps into as many sets as it takes to get through the total. It's just that you have to get through all of the pull-ups before you do the push-ups, and then all of the push-ups before the squats.

Re: Kaos' log
Thanks for a second clarification, KTG: now I'm sure I wasn't doing it wrong the first time around.

25th week (Jan 23-27)
L2D1
20 rounds
L2D2
(0'38'', 0'34'', 0'34'', 0'34'', 0'35'')=1'75''
L2D3
3'07''
Notes: So, I got L2 done this past week, but I felt that my body row form on D3 was not good enough, so I'm going to stay at L2 one more week. On another note, I posted my 5th progress report and, currently, I'm standing at 174 Lbs. I'm amazed and happy.

Re: Kaos' log
Fantastic! Congratulations!
Re: Kaos' log
26th week (Jan 30-Feb 3)
L2D1
17 rounds
L2D2
(0'34'', 0'34'', 0'34'', 0'35'', 0'35'')=1'72''
L2D3
3'38''
Notes: D3 is going to be hard now with those bodyrows; D1 and D2 go on with a steady pace, but D3 really brings me to my knees (so to speak). Still, I made it past this level with good form.

Re: Kaos' log
I completely forgot about updating my workout log, so here it goes:

Notes: Tough week, tbqh. I was pretty much out of it by the time I ended the bodyrow set; at least, one more week on this one.

Notes: Another tough week, even though I still managed to make under the 5min mark. My form wasn't good, and it makes me wonder if its ever going to get better because my arms surely can't take it after a certain number of bodyrow reps. I'm going to keep at this level until I can make my time just a tad bit lower to the mark.

Re: Kaos' log
From week to week the possibility of progress often seems daunting. But, when you look back over it for a few months the improvement is astonishing.
