Re: Rosencrantz1's log
A quick update on the last week:
Last Saturday, I did my W3 L5 D3. I clocked 4:43, which was a :46 second improvement over the previous week, but I felt that I had lost count during my pull-ups, and was unsure if I really did 26 (I thought maybe I had actually only done 23 or 24). I logged the time, but given that I really wasn't sure I had hit it all, I decided to do another week at L5.
My log for this week is:
W4 L5 D1 - 34 rounds (same as previous week; form improved)
W4 L5 D2 - 4:28, an 11-second improvement over W3
W4 L5 D3 - 4:09 (!!) - I'm 100% sure I got the count right this week, form was solid, and my first set of pull-ups was 12 with really great form. This makes me wonder if last week, I *did* count accurately.
In any case, I'm ready for Level 6!

Thanks. Interested to see what D3 brings tomorrow!
Re: Rosencrantz1's log
I know it's on the back of a lot of past training, but I have to say your ascent through the levels was an inspiration to watch for someone just leaving level 1! Diamond push ups, sheesh. You still going?

Re: Rosencrantz1's log
I still am! I still do all chin-ups and diamond push-ups on my D2, otherwise it's straight pull-ups and straight push-ups.
I appreciate the kind words, and if what I'm doing is in any way inspiring, then I'm doubly-flattered.

W1 L6 D3 - 6:59
Not too bad for the first time out at D3 on this level, I think. Definitely worked HARD.

W2 L6 D2 - 6:49 total. Actually 28 seconds slower than last week, but I was focused more on form and, given that this day is really about strength, I wasn't worried about killing the time.
