I predict full ROM pullup for you in 3 weeks; 3 in a row in 7 weeks.

W15,L2:D1 - 24 rounds
barely... finished at 20:07 rushing through the last round. Muscle fatigue got me this time pretty bad, I wasn't huffing and puffing, I was just hurting.

But it's a good kind of hurt, right?

W15,L2:D2 - 7:38
Not as slow as before because of muscle fatigue, so I wanted to make sure the bodyrows were full ROM, so they were faster than normal. Squats and push-ups were both slow.

L2:D3 - 7:50 (yesterday). This is slower than last week, but I'm ok with that.
Day before the workout, I spent 8 hours helping friends pack and move stuff (I repeated again today for 3 more hours of POD packing). So all good.
Oh, and 2 miles before and 2 miles after D3 workout.

Week 16
L2:D1 - 25 rounds
1 more round than before, and I was winded... still some muscle fatigue from moving friends, but all in all, good times.

L2:D2 - 8:03
Instead of slower bodyrows, I increased my angle to nearly laying down, to change it up a bit. Slow push-ups (for some good core work) and slow squats again. Also did 4mph walk for 1.4 miles.
Oh, and 3 years ago I had my watch links adjusted for the right fit (a little bit of moving room). In the last year, I've had to take it off at work sometimes because it had gotten tight and was leaving marks.
Today, I looked at my wrist and noticed the empty space in the loop between the underside of my wrist and the watch. Woot!

It is great to notice these things - isn't it?! The obviously non-vain ones like noticing how your watch fits are to me more precious than the mirror. I put on a dress shirt I haven't worn since last year (pre-simplefit) and noticed that I could barely button the neck! That upper-body work is working.

Its great to see we're all growing and shrinking in the appropriate places. I think my spare tire is a little flatter that it was a few weeks ago.
