L5D3: 4:19 (today)
I added a push-up tabata and a dumbbell military press tabata (if that is the correct term) after that.
In fact, I've added a different tabata after each workout recently, and I like the results, so far. I've also used kipping pull-ups instead of dead-hangs.
I'm curious how L6 will shape up.
